The rooms are low quality and quite shabby, so are the facilities. But - the price is super super cheap, so what more could you expect.

Large suits at an excellent price in an very central location in the beach suburb of Haeundae.

Great suite with plenty of space at a good price. I could almost live there!

Info from staff was lacking - each different question was met with the same copy and pasted answer that didn't really address the question. It was only by reading reviews and making a few guesses that we could work out how to check in properly (if driving, just drive into the car park - entrance on the pedestrianised street and yes it does appear OK to drive there - and park anywhere; then take the lift to floor 6 where reception is (not floor 1, marked as 'concierge'; staff will register the registration number and then you can drive in and out freely during your stay).

Very Good

The location is good for family You don't see the beach but can approach the bus and subway stations easily. The room condition is clean and warm. My son and I were satisfied with it.

The bathroom is very cold. And it is not enough hanger for us.

Good

The location of the property was wonderful. Everything was within walking distance. The underground link to Subway helped a lot, especially since it was very cold during our visit. The room we booked was big and the view was great.

1. The beds were uncomfortable for us, as they were spring mattresses. 2. The doors had peeled off parts at the sides, which was sharp and can cut you if you were not careful. 3. At night, we could hear tapping sounds on the bedroom door, which stopped when we put apiece of folded paper between the door. It was most likely from the wind as we opened the balcony door for ventilation at night.

Clean and convenient but lack of toiletries and lighting

The hotel was clean and in a very good location close to the beach and stores. Staff are friendly and helpful.

For such a price, it was surprising that the hotel didn't provide any toiletries besides soap and shampoo. The lighting in the rooms was also very dark.

Decent

Good sized room, location is good, just above mrt exit. Good for people who want to stay near Haeundae beach. We had 4 people but we paid for extra set of bedding which allowed one person to sleep on the floor on a thin mattress.

It’s not a non-smoking hotel though we got a non-smoking room. When we turned on the vent in the toilet, there was cigarette smell.

Wonderful

Great location. One bedroom apartment for 3 adults on high floor with balcony over looking the beach. A good break from a cramped hotel room and able to do some laundry needs. Bus is available to Lotte World, Lotte premium outlet and Luge. Also close to Blueline park. Room is reasonably clean.

Hotel staff does not provide clear direction on how to go to airport by bus. Bus is available but confused on which road to board the bus from. Anyway, decided to take subway due to early morning departure.

Great access to public transport.

Room big and lots of space, but no hangers in the garderob. Cleaning lady helpful. Check-instaff helpful.

Breakfast did not have much fruits or vegetables. Elevators very slow. Not much amenities in the bathroom.

Value for money

Excellent location, Merto exit and many good food 1mins walk downstairs, room is tidy and clean, big enough for luggage.

If you have big luggages, you are not allowed to get on the bus 1001, the Merto line are not convenient for luggage as well, long stairs up and down when change lines. Finally, we took taxi from Busan station, w16,000, more convenient to come by taxi. Beside, the water flow is too slow, and batteries charges electric pressure are slow too.

Very Good

Everything was great, the room was really nice and clean. The location was also awesome, it's super close to Haeundae beach and other places. There is also a movie theater attached to the hotel. I also really liked the breakfast.

The only thing I didn't like about this hotel were the elevators. There are 4 elevators and yet I couldn't even get on one as they were all full when I had to check out. I got fed up and went down 15 flights of stairs because I was in a hurry to catch my bus. However, it was only REALLY bad at check out time (11:00am). Other times it was okay, still had to wait, but I was able to get on in like 5 to 10mins. Other than that, it's a really good hotel!

It was a good base for a BEXCO conference, restaurants, and beach attractions.

The location near the metro and the beach is very good. The staff were very helpful. The kitchenette was handy for making breakfast.

The laundry facilities were not working on the day when I needed them.

Great location. Metro right in from of hotel. Elevators were fine for our stay, never waited more than 5 mins. Would definitely stay here again.

No air conditioning in hallways or elevators, can get really hot and humid.
